Reconstruction of steam cracking furnaces

Typical industrial steel structure for production facilities placing founded on cast-in-situ RC slab. The structure evinced the signs of wear and needed to be checked for new loads from the new technology. The project included the precise measurement of the structure, the simulation of 3D model in Tekla Structures, a computational model in STAAD.Pro, the assessment of the structure with the design of the adjustment and the reinforcement.
