Welcome to the website stading.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Site";) operated by STADING Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”). Before using this Site, please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms";) that govern your access to and use of this Site and any legal relationship between the Site and the Site visitor, that is, you.

1.Access
Access to this site and its use is permitted in accordance with these Terms.
2. Using the Site without registration
A person using services on the Site ("Unregistered User") may use the Site's services without registration. User agrees and declares that:

3.Rights of STADING Ltd.
The company reserves the right to:
(i) temporary or permanent change or cancellation of the Site (or part thereof) and shall not be held liable to Registered Users or Unregistered Users (hereinafter "Users") or third parties for any changes or cancellations of the Site;
(ii) possible change of the Terms (or part thereof) with subsequent information to the User and, if the User does not agree with them, may not visit the Site;
(iii) withdrawal from the order or from the contract if the Company reasonably suspects that the User is acting against the Company contrary to good morals. Manipulation with the Site or its accounts in order to gain advantage is considered to be in violation of good manners at the expense of the Company.
4. Disclaimer
In no event shall the Company be liable for loss, damage, costs and expenses (including lost profits) caused directly or indirectly from any default or delay in the performance of the obligations under the Contract due to any event or circumstance beyond the Company's control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, power or equipment failure or force majeure.

The Company may at any time, at its sole discretion, provide the User with links to other websites for reasons of providing information or advertising the Company. The Company does not control all information contained in these links and is not responsible for the content, goods or services they offer. The inclusion of such links to the Site does not imply Company endorsement of their content or their support. The use of these linked sites may be governed by other terms and agreements.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 05/24/2018. STADING Ltd. reserves the right to
change the Terms.
